  • Great podcast guys, you touched on a number of iTunes annoyances I commonly hear.

    If you mount the NAS in /etc/fstab does that work more reliably for mounting before apps use the filesystem? I realise fstab is deprecated, but might still be more useful.

    For Windows I think one could use Powershell.

    Really it would be best if iTunes simply polled or listened to connections to the NAS in the background and re-attached when the NAS was available.
